Normalized statuses used across Prana Connect payment objects
Payment Status
| Status | Meaning | Hospital action |
|---|---|---|
pending | Payment initiated, not yet confirmed | Keep invoice open |
succeeded | Payment confirmed | Mark invoice paid |
failed | Payment failed | Keep invoice open, show retry option |
expired | Not completed within allowed window | Close payment attempt, allow new attempt |
reversed | Payment reversed/refunded | Reopen invoice or record reversal |
